DORS Service is Extended for Another Year!

We are thrilled to announce that the Discharge Outreach Recovery Support (DORS) service has been awarded another year of funding!

This additional funding enables us to continue to provide support to some of the most at need within our communities in supporting effective discharges and preventing hospital admissions with quick and ready support.  Read more below:
