Frameworks and Partnerships for Supported Living and Community based support.

Current Frameworks and Locations

We are actively engaged with local councils and health authorities to deliver innovative, co-produced supported living and community based service solutions for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism. Through frameworks and alliances, we aim to provide high-quality, person-centered support in communities across the country.

Below are some key frameworks and ongoing developments:

  • Brighton and Hove: DPS Framework for Community Support and Supported Living.
  • West Sussex: Framework for Community mental health support services. 
  • East Sussex: Community based care and support and  Housing based support for working age adults.
  • Medway: Provision of supported living for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism.
  • Gloucestershire: Framework addresses both non-complex and complex supported living needs, with a focus on mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.
  • Southampton: Supported Living Framework for Mental Health Needs.
  • Wiltshire: Living my life. Day opportunities framework.

Ambition for Growth

As a leading specialist provider, we are dedicated to expanding our reach beyond South East England, with plans to establish a broader geographical footprint across the UK, starting with the South West region. Our vision is to bring our innovative, person-centered models of supported living and community support to new areas, ensuring that individuals with complex needs have access to high-quality tailored support solutions.

To achieve this, we are actively pursuing new opportunities for growth. Our approach includes:

  • Applying to Frameworks:  Applying for frameworks in neighbouring counties and areas, allowing us to bring our expertise to new locations and serve a wider community. 
  • Organic Growth: In addition to framework applications, we embrace organic growth through strategic proposals that address local needs. By working closely with investors, housing partners, and local commissioners, we can deliver bespoke services that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation.

Our ambition for growth is rooted in our belief that everyone deserves access to compassionate, effective support that promotes independence and enhances quality of life. Through this expansion, we aim to set new standards in supported living and community care, bringing our specialised services to more individuals and communities across the UK.
