Whether you’re a referrer seeking support for someone, a prospective customer exploring our services, or an individual needing information, you can rely on us to provide the guidance and clarity you need, exactly when you need it.

Out-of-Hours Service

At Venture People, we provide a unique Out of Hours Duty Service designed for individuals who may benefit from having a dedicated on-call support system. This service offers a safe and responsive way for individuals to reach out, fostering independence while reducing reliance on statutory and emergency services.

The Out-of-Hours services at Venture People are vital resources for ensuring:

  • Timely Responses: Prompt and effective communication for individuals, staff, and external professionals.
  • Consistency and Coordination: Seamless support that maintains service continuity, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Professional Support: Reliable guidance for staff to handle challenges confidently and effectively.

Our dedicated team delivers a personalised and responsive service, empowering individuals to develop essential skills for seeking support in a safe and constructive manner. By offering this service, we help alleviate the pressure on emergency services while ensuring individuals receive the care and guidance they need as part of their recovery journey.

  • Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.

 

We also operate an  out-of-hours on-call service for our services. This is run by a team of highly trained professionals  who can provide advice and guidance to colleagues outside of office hours and in addition to our in house Management on call.
