As an Independent provider of social care, our ‘For Profit’ status allows us to take positive risks in the development of innovative and outcome-focused services, supporting our vision to transform the UK social care landscape through inclusive reablement and recovery support.
Our out-of-hours responsive service provides immediate assistance, helping individuals manage daily needs, offering emotional support, and ensuring effective communication for those we support.
We are committed to empowering our colleagues by offering comprehensive support, clear guidance, and effective coordination. By addressing challenges, offering resources, and escalating issues when needed, we create a collaborative and efficient work environment where everyone can succeed.
We are passionate about empowering the people we support to be actively involved in shaping our organisation. We believe it is our responsibility to listen to, value, and act upon the experiences, needs and aspirations of those with lived experience.
Involvement at Venture People means “placing the people we support at the center of planning, developing, and delivering services.” This co-produced definition reflects our commitment to ensuring that the voices and insights of those we support play a fundamental role in all our activities.
Our proactive involvement team has been instrumental in launching a variety of co-production and collaborative initiatives over the past year. These include:
