Venture People supports adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, neurodiversity and complex needs across accommodation, community and specialist support services.
Our teams help people build confidence, independence, wellbeing and stronger community connections through person-centred, recovery-focused and reablement-focused support.
We look for people who are compassionate, reliable, respectful and committed to supporting others.
Experience in health, social care, mental health, learning disability, autism or complex needs support may be helpful, but attitude, values and willingness to learn are also important.
Before applying, take time to read the role information and consider whether the position matches your experience, interests and availability.
If you are shortlisted, the recruitment process may include an interview, values-based questions, safer recruitment checks, references and right to work checks.
New colleagues are supported through induction, training and guidance from their manager and wider team.
Depending on the role, this may include mandatory training, service-specific information, shadowing, safeguarding guidance, health and safety, recording, risk awareness and person-centred planning.
