Through our recovery and reablement-focused services, we have achieved significant outcomes within our services. This includes for people we support and also our wider stakeholder networks including savings for health and social care partners which include:

  • NHS Savings: Rapid discharge in its first year, supported 62 clients, preventing hospital admissions and extended hospital stays, easing pressure on NHS inpatient services.
  • NHS Savings: In its first year, the DORS service supported 166 clients, creating substantial savings from reduced inpatient bed usage and hospital avoidance.
  • Community Transition Success: We enabled a long-term hospital resident to transition successfully to community living, staying in her own tenancy for the first time in over four years.
  • Accommodation Community Outreach services impact. Quarter on quarter package reductions and closures means we contributed significant savings quarter on quarter for the local authorities in which we work. Accommodation services achieve high levels of move on to lower support year on year.
