Professionals, social care teams, NHS teams, commissioners and other referrers can contact Venture People to discuss whether a service may be suitable.

Helpful referral information can include the person’s age, current needs, risks, support history, accommodation situation, funding route, preferred location and any relevant care plans, risk assessments or clinical information.

What Happens Next

Once we receive an enquiry or referral, we review the information provided and advise on the next steps.

This may include requesting more information, discussing service suitability, explaining access routes or signposting to the most appropriate service.

Venture People is committed to responding to all referrals and enquiries within two working days.
