New Service Launch: Venture People Opens Carew Road Supported Accommodation in Eastbourne

We are delighted to announce the opening of Venture People’s newest Supported Accommodation Service in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Carew Road is a 24‑hour supported accommodation service offering 11 high‑quality, self‑contained one‑bedroom flats and studios in a central and well‑connected part of central Eastbourne.

This new service is designed for adults with mental health needs and co‑morbidities, providing a recovery and reablement focused model where individuals can be supported from higher supported or inpatient settings on their pathway towards greater independence. Support is underpinned by psychological and trauma‑informed practice.

Carew Road has been created in direct response to the growing need for high‑quality, spacious, self‑contained recovery accommodation.

We are proud to deliver this service in partnership with Weetman (Property Investment Partners) and EHSL Supported Housing (Housing Partners). This partnership ensures a clear separation between housing, property management, and support, delivering high standards and transparency across the service.
