Our Referral Process

At Venture People, we understand that during times of crisis or significant changes in need, timely and effective support is critical. That’s why we’ve designed an efficient and responsive referral process to ensure individuals receive the care they need when they need it most.

Our commitment to urgency and accessibility means:

  • Streamlined Referrals: Our referral process is straightforward and designed to minimise delays, making it easier for referrers to access support for those in urgent need.
  • We prioritise referrals for individuals in crisis, or facing significant changes in circumstances, recognising the importance of immediate intervention.
  • Timely Response: We are committed to responding to all urgent referrals within 48 hours.

How It Works:

  1. Submit a Referral: Use our simple referral form or contact us directly on 01903 217766 for urgent cases.
  2. Assessment: Our dedicated team reviews referrals promptly, assessing needs and determining the best pathway for support.
  3. Action and Support: We connect individuals with the appropriate services, offering tailored care plans to stabilise and support them during challenging times.
