Wellbeing Ambassador & Champions
We have a dedicated Wellbeing Ambassador who leads all wellbeing activities, overseeing our Wellbeing Champions. Each team has a Wellbeing Champion whose role is to actively encourage and support wellbeing in the workplace. They provide guidance, offer support, and ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need. Wellbeing Champions meet regularly with our Wellbeing Ambassador to share best practices, review initiatives, and suggest improvements.
Employee Assistance Programme
Our Employee Assistance Programme offers a comprehensive range of support services, including:
- Benefit Hub: Offering a number of discounted offers to use in your local community including reduced gym membership and shopping discounts.
