We have a dedicated Wellbeing Ambassador who leads all wellbeing activities, overseeing our Wellbeing Champions. Each team has a Wellbeing Champion whose role is to actively encourage and support wellbeing in the workplace. They provide guidance, offer support, and ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need. Wellbeing Champions meet regularly with our Wellbeing Ambassador to share best practices, review initiatives, and suggest improvements.
