Venture People is proud to offer a range of community based services tailored for individuals with diverse needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, neurodiversity and associated complex needs.

These services offer recovery, reablement, and person-centered support, that is both psychologically and trauma-informed.

By working closely with our accommodation based services we offer individuals a pathway of support in their journey towards more independence.

Outreach Services

Overview: Our outreach services offer flexible, personalised support that is tailored to individual need, providing appointment-based services in the individual’s home, or community. Our service is available seven days a week and is delivered at times aligned with individual choice and preference.

Support: Includes assistance with building daily routine, wellbeing management, living skills, community engagement and vocational support.

Impact: 91% of individuals report satisfaction with our services, and over 30% reduce, or end their support, as they gain independence, year on year.
