Our frontline team consists of highly skilled Reablement and Recovery Workers who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organisation. Our colleagues come from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including:

Qualifications and Training:

NVQ Level 3 certifications.

Degrees in Psychology and Qualified Counselling.

Professional Experience:

Roles in mental health nursing and social work.

First-hand experience in various social care settings.

Lived Experience:

Team members with lived experience, offer invaluable empathy and understanding to those we support.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive suite of specialised training, supported by our in house clinical team.
